Real Estate Taxes:
 The 2012 Real Estate Taxes including personal property total $1,224.22. The Apache County Assessor's Parcel Numbers are: 204-05-002, -003C; 204-06-002, -003; 204-07-002 & -003.

Improvements:  

Double wide mobile home: 57' X 11' with 10' X 20'  addition; 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining room, family room. Central air, heat pump for cooling with propane heat installed 2007. Recently remodeled with new flooring, carpet and double pane windows.
