Generally our criteria for
a first mortgage agricultural loan is:
*Loan size: $1,000,000 minimum.
*Collateral: First Deed of Trust on income producing agricultural
property.
* Interest Rate and Terms: We will be competitive in the market.
* Costs: The borrower must provide a lenders title insurance
policy and pay for the escrow fees. There will be a service fee
charged by Hebbard & Webb and the lender which will be quoted
depending on the loan size and structure.
