CLIMATE:   The reporting station of McNeal, Arizona reports an annual rainfall of 10.61″.

TOPOGRAPHY:  The ranch is generally gently rolling country with the Taylor Buttes, a series of small scattered hills along the east side of the ranch. Very easy country to work.

VEGETATION:  The entire ranch is useable by livestock. The primary grass is a tobosa sod with some Black Grama, Blue Grama, Sideoats Grama, Rothrock Grama, Curly Mesquite and Laymans Lovegrass in places. There are some mesquite and greasewood shrubs depending on soil type on the ranch.

WILDLIFE:   The Double E Ranch is home to mule deer, javelina, bobcats, coyotes, quail, dove and hawks.

LIVESTOCK:  There are 100 running age cows, 75 black baldy replacement heifers and 11 bulls (9 Charolais and 2 Hereford) on the ranch.

REMARKS:   The Double E Ranch is well located just east of Highway 191, the main paved highway from Douglas, Arizona to Interstate 10. The ranch deeded land has frontage on Highway 191.
