Irrigation  Hall Farm in Eagar is irrigated out of Big Ditch, which is gravity water from a reservoir provided by Pioneer Irrigation Company, Inc. There are 950 shares of water that are owned by the farm. The irrigation water costs $.85 per share or $807.50 this year. The irrigation pipes and lines are owned by the farm.

Water Availability: The Pioneer Irrigation Co. provides 10 hours of water per turn. The number of turns will vary and depends upon availability of water storage in the reservoirs. These turns begin on April 15 of each year and cycle every 9 days or so.
